Why data browser shows record of all features which are not in DGN file. Can we disable this?

It is a default behavior of the data browser that it will show all records including features which are not in DGN. Variable MS_GEO_BYPASS_RIS_ON_BROWSE can be used to make sure only DGN record are visible in data browser before querying the database.
