- Rounding numbers

The Geospatial Administrator provides the ability to round up or down the display of property values defined as numbers. For example, diameters might be stored with four decimals, but you might want to display annotation with only two decimals.  This rounding function can be used in property based annotation as well as labeling.  Note that it does not change the stored value of the number, just the display of the number.

To accomplish this task, you can make use of the built in XFM.Round evaluator expression to round off values defined as double data type with the following syntax:   XFM.Round(double value, decimal places)

For example:  [XFM.Round([Diameter],2)]  will round the value 25.3678 to 25.37 as shown in the graphic above.

Note that the entire statement is encapsulated in square brackets.
