To fix this error you need to check below mentioned points :
1. Make sure all .NET components or JAVA components are up-to-date on your system.
2. Review the Windows Event Viewer log file to see if there are any errors listed, try to resolve those errors.
3. Reinstall the software after cleaning all registry license and software keys for installed products.
