Question : Will layered Bentley Map for MicroStation 08.11.09.615 work with MicroStation CONNECT Edition ? Or are we going to be releasing a new Bentley Map for MicroStation specifically for CONNECT ?
Answer : No, that combination will not work together. There will be no more "For MicroStation" editions in the CONNECT environment. All products will be built as 'Power' products (standalone).
More details : None of the V8i SELECTSeries versions of Bentley Map will work on Microstation CONNECT Edition. Bentley Map V8i with CONNECT Services, which is planned to be released early in 2016 and will NOT run on Microstation CONNECT Edition neither.
