When you Hatch, or pattern an area in Bentley Map PowerView you made need to adjust or delete the pattern. The tool to accomplish this is called Delete Pattern, and is available in the Tools | Patterns toolbox.
Pick the tool. Adjust the settings. Follow the prompts.
