Setting Level for reference attachment (VBA)

The attached VBA provides simplified method of setting level to reference attachment. 

Workflow: 

1. Download attached VBA program into C:\ProgramData\Bentley\MicroStation CONNECT Edition\Configuration\Organization\Macros.
2. In MSCE, keyin Macro VBA RUN [RefSetLevel]Main <DgnFileFullpath>.
3. It should reflect a message as "Reference Attached".
   
   For example: Macro VBA RUN [RefSetLevel]Main D:\ProgramData\Bentley\Map CONNECT Edition\MapUltimate\Configuration\WorkSpaces\geo_example\WorkSets\designer\dgn\work2.dgn
